My Family Similarities & Differences My Family Differences Similarities Grandmother Until her last days my Lola always spend it working despite being 80 years old and retiring three time. I guess that’s the difference between us both, she loves to work while I always want to relax and do leisure activities. I was always my Lola’s little minion so normally; I would always adapt her little habits and attitudes as well, like waking up at 5am to watch the Sunrise, being family oriented, and always thinking and helping others. Grandfather Lolo was always gifted with Art and Music, which is our difference because I am more into acting and directing. We both share a love for Art, Music, Dancing, Drawing, and spending time in nature. Maternal Grandparents I grew up in a Patrilocal setting, but my Maternal Grandparents always visit… I guess t...

THE ANSWER TO "WHY?"

I chose to pursue Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy because of my personal experiences, dreams, and desire to help others. There are five main reasons why I am passionate about this field. First, OT is not really well-known our country, and I want to change that. Many people don't realize how important Occupational Therapists are when it comes to improving lives. I hope to spread awareness and show others how valuable this profession is through patient care and community outreach.  Second, my sister's diagnoses of ADHD, Developmental Delays and Speech Delay always has a big impact on me. I've seen how much OTs have helped her, and it made me realize how important this profession is. Watching her journey has inspired me to help others who are going through the same struggle.  Third, want to help people to understand that OTs more than just physical rehabilitation. It also focuses on mental health, cognitive skills, and social participation. Many people don't kn...

MY TIME MANAGEMENT!

As a student, I consider myself responsible, but I often struggle with time management because I get distracted easily. These distractions make it tough to stay focused and organize my time properly, which makes it harder to be productive. I know how important time management is especially for students like me, so I'm trying my best to improve it. There are times, though, when I feel motivated and when that happened, my time management really works. I'm able to juggle school assignments, chores, and other responsibilities without feeling overwhelmed. It's those moments when I feel the most productive and fulfilled because I'm able to complete everything on my list, and it gives me a real sense of accomplishment.  I understand that managing my time well is crucial, noy just for school but also for my personal life. That's why I'm actively looking for ways to get better at it. That's why I'm actively looking for ways to get better at it. Whether it's u...
