Group Members: Cordero, Ko, Manlagaylay PROCESS: The Initial Assessment of a client with upper extremity dysfunction in Occupational Therapy First, a thorough interview is conducted to gather information about the client’s medical history, daily routines, and goals for therapy. Second, a comprehensive physical examination assesses range of motion, strength, sensation, and coordination. Third, the client is observed performing functional tasks to identify areas of difficulty. Then, a detailed analysis of the collected data determines the client’s specific needs. After this, an individualized treatment plan is developed. This plan addresses the client’s impairments, limitations, and participation restrictions.   My Family Similarities & Differences My Family Differences Similarities Grandmother Until her last days my Lola always spend it working despite being 80 years old and retiring three time. I guess that’s the difference between us both, she loves to work while I always want to relax and do leisure activities. I was always my Lola’s little minion so normally; I would always adapt her little habits and attitudes as well, like waking up at 5am to watch the Sunrise, being family oriented, and always thinking and helping others. Grandfather Lolo was always gifted with Art and Music, which is our difference because I am more into acting and directing.
